Echo Investment SA is the largest Polish developer. The company operates across the three main sectors of the real estate market: residential construction, shopping centres and offices and has completed over 120 projects with a total area in excess of 1,300,000 sqm across Poland. Current activity is focused on the capital city Warsaw and the seven largest regional markets, among them Kraków.

In principle, Echo Investment aims to sell on developments shortly after the completion and lease of office buildings or shopping centres. This emphasis on fast capital rotation is generating higher yields and annual dividend payments.

Echo Investment has been quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996. Since 2015 the majority shareholder of Echo Investment is the PIMCO- Oaktree- Griffin Real Estate group, which is one of the most dynamic and active businesses in the real estate industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
